At ConFITdance, we pride ourselves on providing a positive and energetic environment for all of our clients. We believe that fitness should be fun and judgment-free, which is why we ask that all clients refrain from any negative comments or actions while on our premises.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or transfers for any of our classes or services. Our monthly memberships are subscription-based, and clients who purchase a membership can select the start date of their membership. The date selected will serve as the start date, and the membership will renew on the same date each month. It is the client's responsibility to cancel their membership, if they choose, before it renews automatically. Please be aware that we do not refund or transfer these memberships and fees. We encourage all clients to commit fully to their fitness and/or confidence goals and to take advantage of the opportunities we provide to achieve them.
Appropriate clothing must be worn during all classes, but we also understand that self-expression is important. We welcome clients to showcase their personal style while maintaining our dress code guidelines. By signing up for classes, clients automatically consent to recording, photos, and video filming during class for promotional purposes. It is implied that such activities will take place in every class and utilized on social media. Production videos refer to the small group videos taken in some of our routine-based classes, which may be requested by those groups or individuals for personal use. These videos are typically provided to clients within 5-7 business days on our website in the shared gallery.

Lastly, we require all clients to sign a studio waiver before participating in any of our classes. Safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure that everyone is aware of the risks involved in physical activity. Additionally, we ask that all clients check in for each class to ensure that we are aware of who is present and accounted for.

Class Booking and Cancellation Policy
If a client books a class and does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance or does not show, a $10 cancellation/no show fee will be charged. This fee must be paid prior to booking or attending any future classes.
